These terms and conditions of use, together with the policies, notices and disclaimers referred to below (Terms & Conditions), govern your use of the services at javidesign.com. Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of and purchase of products from our site. Please note that your use of our site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms (the "Agreement").

Unless noted otherwise, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, written and other materials that appear as part of this Site (collectively, the "Contents") are protected by copyrights and international treaty provisions owned, controlled or licensed by Javi Design Pty Ltd. All contents appearing on this site are property of Javi Design Pty Ltd.
The Contents of our Site, and the Site as a whole, are intended solely for personal, noncommercial (other than for the purchase of merchandise from our Site) use by the users of our Site. You may download or copy the Contents and other downloadable materials displayed on the Site for your personal use only. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying. You may not reproduce (except as noted above), publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works of, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Contents or the Site.
Liability
Javi Design Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for installation or products being placed or located in an unsafe position that may result in harm to either persons or property.
Comments and Reviews
Javi Design Pty Ltd reserves the right to screen comments and reviews prior to posting. Please avoid posting any personal information or inappropriate language.
Shipping
Your shopping basket on the Site displays the goods you have chosen, Javi Design will supply them to you the buyer packaged and shipped to your desntination. Shipping cost are calculated at the product checkout page of this website.
Javi Design Pty Ltd does not allow shipping to PO Boxes. Customers listing PO Boxes as their shipping address will be contacted by a Javi Design representative to change this to an acceptable address.
Lead Times
Lead times are listed on product pages and checkout pages of this website. Lead times can vary from product to product due to Javi Designs in-house manufacturing and assembly process.
Returns
Javi Design Pty Ltd will not provide refund for change of mind or incorrect choice. We will however provide credit or exchange on stock items as long as products are in NEW condition in original packaging in a re-sellable condition and sent back to the Javi Design Pty Ltd within 7 days of receipt of product. No exhange or credit given for custom or made to order items. Javi Design Pty Ltd will not cover the costs of return shipping.
To arrange a return please email info@javidesign.com with your original order number and reason for the return. We will email you a return number along with details of where to send the returned item.
Warranty
Javi Design Pty Ltd offers products which are made with the highest quality manufacturing methods and materials, our warranty policy warrants all products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Javi Design Pty Ltd reserves the right to determine manufacturing defects and requires proof of purchase from our website to qualify products as warrantable. If a product is deemed defective, Javi Design Pty Ltd will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
Damage caused during installation or after the product has been removed from its original packaging is not considered a manufacturing defect, any corrosion that may occur from scratching of the coatings is not covered by warranty and natural weathering of all materials is not considered a defect.
Product Appearance
Please understand that no two pieces of wood are identical. Therefore, no two Javi Letterboxes will be exactly alike. Product photos on this website should be used solely as a guide to what a product will resemble, not as an exact representation. Minute differences should be expected in each product’s construction, as minor deviations are inherent to Javi Designs handcrafted manufacturing process. Fortunately, Javi's one-by-one product construction guarantees individual attention to detail and quality assurance in every letterbox we assemble.
Our Timber panels are fabricated from 2 pieces of accoya wood laminated together with the timber grain running parallel. It is expected in all cases that there will be a visible join where the timber pieces come together.
Any product used outdoors should be regularly maintained to extend the life of the product.
Goods and Services (GST) and other taxes
All Prices displayed on the Site are inclusive of GST on the sale, if any and are quoted in Australian Dollars unless otherwise specified.
You are responsible for the payment of any and all taxes, duties, charges, imposts or other liabilities imposed by any government agency, government taxation agency or other government body, including without limitation, any customs duty, any additional GST payable or any value added tax imposed on any products or services acquired or ordered by you from the Site. The Site is designed for use by Australian residents. If you are not an Australian resident you must make your own enquiries about whether any such liabilities will be imposed if Products are delivered to you.
